Here’s a quick recipe you can have ready in minutes, and you probably already have the ingredients.
While spaghetti boils, sauté thinly sliced onions in olive oil, add anchovies (rinsed, dried, cut in small pieces), sauté over low heat.
Add cooked pasta to onion mixture with a little peperoncino and some chopped parsley.
Toss in skillet.
