Insider Wine Tours General Terms and Conditions
Reservations & Payment:
To reserve your trip we require a deposit of $500 per person for a full tour (deposits for shorter or self-guided tours are decided on a case by case basis). The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before tour departure. Reservations received within 60 days of departure will be welcomed as long as there is space. The tour package includes only what is listed in the tour description. For full tours, by the time of your final payment you must provide signed Customer Information & Consent Forms.
Cancellation & Refunds:
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation/interruption coverage. If you need to cancel your trip you must do so in writing. The cancellation will be effective the moment we receive written notification.
Deposits are 100% refundable until the tour departure is confirmed. For confirmed departures, the following cancellation charges will apply:

There are no refunds for joining a tour late or leaving a tour early, or for any unused portions of your tour. Insider Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour prior to departure for any reason, in which case a full refund will be made if cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to the scheduled tour departure date. If we are forced to cancel a tour 44 days or less before scheduled departure, we will award a full refund plus a 50% discount toward an alternate Insider Wine Tours trip. Refunds are for tour price only and do not include transportation, hotel or other expenses incurred on the part of tour participants.
Health Issues:
If you have any physical, mental, or emotional conditions that might require professional attention during the trip you must advise us in writing upon or prior to booking your tour. If you fail to inform us of any such conditions, Insider Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel your reservation, forcing you to forfeit the trip cost. In such an event we shall have no liability.
Responsibility:
Insider Wine Tours organizes, promotes, and sells tours which include certain services such as hotel accommodations, land transportation, sightseeing excursions, that Insider Wine Tours purchases or reserves from external, independent Suppliers. Insider Wine Tours is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any supplier or of any third party, and therefore, neither Insider Wine Tours nor any representative of Insider Wine Tours shall be liable for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you. Without limitation, Insider Wine Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from (but not limited to) acts of nature or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Insider Wine Tours.
Please note:
We reserve the right to change the itinerary depending on availability of suppliers at time of booking. In the event of a change, as far as possible a supplier of equal value will be chosen.
