Wine Grape: Tazzelenghe
Tazzelenghe is a native red wine grape from Italy's Fruili region. The name comes from two Italian words, Tagliare and lingua, which mean 'cut' and 'tongue' respectively; the grape's high acidic levels and tannins 'cut your tongue'.
